Lisa Marie has over 16 years in the restoration industry as a previous co-owner of a restoration company in St. Louis her concentration has been in sales, marketing, and team leadership. Lisa Marie’s mindset is characterized by a commitment to clear communication, ensuring that all parties have a full understanding of expectations. She recognizes the importance of transparency and clarity in fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders alike.

After college, Lisa concentrated on home schooling her children and continued her love for education to the insurance industry where she became a certified Restoration CE educator in 7 states and for the IAIP. Lisa Marie also holds certifications through the IAAI including Certified Fire Investigation (CFI) and Train the Trainer certification through IAIP.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Lisa Marie is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers as a Guardian ad Litem for Children in Placement, advocating for the well-being of vulnerable children.
